Return and Refund Policy

At craftee by design we want you to be 100% happy with your product. If you have any concerns with the quality of your product please contact us at ashley@crafteebydesign.com and give us the chance to make it right.
Please keep in mind that all of our handmade products are made from wood and made by humans so therefore each item will be unique and the wood used can, and will, have its own unique qualities, as well as, "take" stain differently therefore stain colors may vary from piece to piece. These qualities are considered to be character in the product and will be celebrated as so ;)
Custom/personalized products may NOT be returned or exchanged. However, if
there is an error on OUR part or if there is damage that occurred during shipping it will be fixed for you ( you may be asked to send proof of damage via photos of the damaged products as well as the damaged packaging ). Customer may also be responsible for re-shipping costs associated with the replacement products.
Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer if the problem did not occur during shipment or due to our error.
Once a returned order is received by us a refund will be issued in your original form of payment minus any shipping costs associated with the original shipment or the return shipment.
